The staff is very helpful and friendly, the wait time isn't bad. The waiting area is small but not cramped. They seem to have some trouble with their electronic forms or the operational program. Frozen computers, lost information, things like that. It makes for a longer wait, and makes getting all of your information processed and correct difficult and irritating for patients and staff.
